A year later, after a global pandemic sent millions of workers home and made digital connectivity even more important, the York County-based reseller of IT products maintained its explosive growth. This year, 4TEKGear is ranked fifth among Fast 50 companies with a three-year average annual growth rate of 233%.
The Charlotte Business Journal is putting a spotlight on 50 local companies that have seen significant growth over the last three years. This year’s honorees come from a variety of industries, from real estate teams, contractors and logistics companies to tech firms and health-care services. Eligible companies are privately held with at least $1 million in revenue in 2020. They are headquartered in the Charlotte area. The ranking is based on average percentage of annual revenue growth from 2018 to 2020.
